At Noughts and Kisses, we want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, have original tags attached, and are free from makeup or perfume marks.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached to prevent any delays in processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Generate your return shipping label through the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
